Registration of disinfection products

The circulation of disinfection products at Ukrainian markets needs state registration.
The procedure is regulated by the CMU resolution № 908 dated 03.07.2006 “On confirmation of the order of state registration (re-registration) of disinfection products”.

MHC of Ukraine issues the registration certificate on the basis of sanitary and epidemiological expertise of Gosprodzhyvsluzhby (State product consumption service), confirming safety and quality of the product.
The period of validity of such certificate is 5 years, after that it’s necessary to re-registrate.
If necessary the registration certificate can be amended by means of corresponding procedure of registration.
